West Wittering Beach and Chichester are a short drive away. The space The ground floor is open plan except for the downstairs shower room and Conservatory. There is an eating area at the front of the property and a larger dining table in the Conservatory which overlooks the garden. Upstairs are two bedrooms. The third bedroom has been changed into a library which leads to the balcony. From the balcony you can see the water or watch the stars at night.
