This property provides spectacular views of the river, cliff faces and landscapes across the river to Myplonga. Private access to the Murray River from your own grassy bank, convenient for swimming, and any water sports you like, with a private jetty to secure your own boat or jetski. The space This property is also a 30 minute drive to The Bend Motorsport Park (Tailem Bend) if you are looking for alternative accomodation after a busy day of motorsports! There is a Public boat ramp to launch your watercraft at Sunnyside a short 1km away, with space to leave your trailer. Top balcony provides serenity and quiet time, directly off 2 of the queen size bedrooms. The lower balcony is a great extension to the living area with a bbq and entertaining space. Whether you are looking forward to birdwatching, fishing, stargazing, water sports, or just relaxing, this property will tick all your boxes and provide all the creature comforts of home, including ducted cooling and heating. Finish off the day by relaxing around the fire pit on the riverbank, watching the sunset on the river. This property will make any stay a memorable experience for any large group or families, and as your pets are part of your family, they are also welcome (subject to pre-approval) Please note: no fenced area for pets other than balcony Our retreat includes also includes unlimited wifi, heaps of board games, sega mega drive and games, and a DVD player to keep the kids amused at night time. This is a waterfront property which is not fenced off, children will need to be supervised. Some life jackets are provided but we cannot guarantee there will be a suitable size for every person staying at the property. Linen can be supplied at an additional charge. Downstairs boat shed is not accessible however there is a shed between the shacks with tables and chairs for use downstairs on the riverbank or around the fire pit!
