The one floor house of 170 sq. m is situated in a very convenient and quite place in 7 - 10 min of walking to the area of the beach Muchavista - 720 metres from the front-door to the area of the beach. The house was built in 1975. The house is with the private garden of 700 sq. m. No basement. No mold. The space In the garden near the kitchen there is a very convenient barbeque with the stove. In the house there is Wi-Fi, the air-conditioning. In the laundry room there are the wash and draw machines, the iron. In each room there is the a wardrobe. Near the house there are Supermarket Carrefour (5 - 10 min by car), Lidl (5 min by car) and Carrefour Express - 3 min by car.
