We are delighted to welcome you to our cottage. The space Breton stone house located in Val Couesnon (Antrain), between Brittany and Normandy. Ideal for 2, 3, or 4 people. Cleaning is included (except for the kitchenette and trash disposal). Free parking is 20 meters away, and all shops are within walking distance (bakery, tobacconist, supermarket, pharmacy, etc.). Spacious and cozy house. • Fully equipped: modern kitchen (oven, stovetop, refrigerator, dishes, coffee maker, etc.), sofa, TV, bedroom with comfortable double bed, and practical bathroom. • All-inclusive: Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels provided, as well as basic products. • Easy access: free parking nearby (20 meters). Details of the house and amenities: On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with an open kitchen, dining area, and living room (double sofa bed (160 x 200 cm). On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed and a full-size crib, a landing with a desk, and a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Wi-Fi internet access, a refrigerator with a freezer, an electric oven, a stovetop, a microwave, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board (upstairs), a hairdryer, a television, and games. Baby equipment (baby bath upon request, a high chair, and a wooden crib) are also available. Guest access The accommodation is reserved for the exclusive use of guests. The house is not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Other things to note Free parking at 20 m, all shops on foot (bakery, restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy...). For your comfort during your stay, we provide free of charge: 1 tea towel and 1 hand towel, 1 sponge, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, cleaning products, toilet gel, 1 bag per trash can, 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, cling film, baking paper, aluminum foil, 2 hand gel soaps, 1 bath mat, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, and 1 coffee filter. Cleaning is included in the overnight rate, (excluding kitchen cleaning, emptying the trash and dishwasher). It is strictly forbidden to use the beds, duvets, pillows, bedspreads, and sofa throws without the sheets. Pets are not allowed. Upon arrival, the cottage will be clean and tidy.
