Beautiful detached Hove home with large garden

* Dates just added * Luxury double fronted detached house in leafy Hove Park with a large garden, Ibiza style terrace and free off road parking. Our lovely 1920s house is bright, spacious and stylishly decorated with mid century/ Scandi decor. The ground floor provides a huge entertaining space with two sets of glass doors that lead out onto a 100ft mature garden. The house is a short 5 min drive from Hove seafront and the South Downs. Walking to the seafront takes 25-35 mins. The space When you walk through the front door you get a great view onto the 100ft garden. The sliding doors in the kitchen open out onto the patio where you can enjoy a drink or bbq in the sun. Further up the garden is an Ibiza-style terrace decked with festoon lights. We've spent many a happy evening here with friends around the fire pit. For children there's a trampoline, a football goal, a table tennis table, a tree swing, plenty of garden games sets and lots of space to play hide and seek. We can also offer the use of our above ground pool in the summer but this must be used at your own risk. The kitchen itself is a wonderful place to entertain and flows onto a large living room with log burner for cosy winter evenings, and a separate reading room, also with sliding doors onto the garden. If you want to cater, you'll find all the equipment you need, plus a Nespresso machine and juicer. You're welcome to use our bbq to make the most of the garden on sunny days. There's a downstairs loo and a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs there are four bedrooms, and a real sense of space with distant sea views from the main bedroom and the hallway. There are two kingsize beds, one double, and the fourth room has a single bed with room for an aerobed. We only use top quality linen - mainly from The White Company so you can be assured a great night's sleep, and all our mattresses were replaced in the last year. Our guests often remark on how comfy the beds are! We have plenty of board games you can use, as well as garden games sets for cricket and rounders. There's off road parking for one car in our driveway and on road parking with permits which you can buy from us. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house except for our downstairs office and the garage. Other things to note This is our family home and we ask that you treat it with care. We think it's best suited to other families or older groups. It's not a party house and we won't accept any bookings from stag or hen dos or younger groups of people. We do not allow it to be used as a venue for a larger gathering or party. And sorry, we don't allow high heels in the house as they wreck our floors!
