B&B in the countryside, rich breakfasts

The house is a former farmhouse a few meters from one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. I live here with my husband Sergio and my closest affections. The property is nestled in an apartment and surrounded by 3 hectares of greenery. Relaxation and good food. The space Poggio delle Noci has four rooms (three double, and a single) in two different houses, 15 meters from each other. In each double room you can add a toddler bed. There are two bathrooms (one for each house) and they are shared. All rooms are equipped with independent access. Our house is on the ground floor of the first house. Our kitchen is also the place where breakfast is prepared and consumed. In the second house, the apartment also has an equipped kitchen. Linens, towels, soaps and hair dryers are provided and included in the price. The connection is free (free WiFi). Guest access Guests will have access to all rooms in the home. In addition, they also have free access to the living room, the veranda, the garden. During your stay Poggio delle Noci is also our home. We are available for any kind of advice that can help improve your stay. Just go down to the ground floor and have a chat with us. Maybe in front of a nice slice of tart. Other things to note We also have bicycles available for a ride around. There is also a truffle in our property. Ask Sergio to give you a tour with the dog Rocco.
