Beautiful village house 1h30 from Paris in the middle of the countryside to spend weekends and holidays with family or friends. You can enjoy a beautiful 8000 m2 garden, with a 6X12 heated swimming pool and a fully equipped summer kitchen (in summer), a petanque court, barbecue and very large table for family dinners. The house is 10 minutes from Saint-Fargeau Castle, 20 minutes from Guedelon Castle and the very nice Toucy market. The space Downstairs you will find the living room with its video equipment (video projector, screen above the fireplace, home cinema) and a huge fireplace. The dining room with a 1.40 x 3.00 table around which you can have lunch or dinner for 14. The fully equipped kitchen (ice maker, food processor, 1 Nespresso coffee machine, and 1 grain machine, etc.), with a cooktop, 2 fridges (one for drinks and a double door fridge). Upstairs, a hallway serves the 4 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. - Bedroom 1: one 160 cm bed and 1 baby bed. Note that prices are higher when the pool is included in the rental. Other things to note The land is not fenced and overlooks the fields. Pets are welcome but be careful if your dog tends to leave.
