"La casa des Dunes" is a new loft, facing west, quiet, close to the village of Loperhet and the large beach of Kerhillio/Ste Barbe. Ideally located: discover Quiberon, Carnac, the Gulf of Morbihan or take the hiking trails to the beaches, the hinterland and its megaliths. Many activities nearby: kite surfing, surfing, sand yachting, horseback riding, mini golf, bike rental... July/August: rental from 7 or 14 days Saturday to Saturday Off season: 2 days min The space "La casa des dunes" is a loft for 2 to 4 people (an extension of our main house that is completely independent) with a large bay window overlooking a beautiful, fully fenced wooden terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture that is very popular for enjoying the sun, aperitifs and summer meals! The entrance is independent, and there is a laundry room with a washing machine and storage space for bicycles, strollers, etc. Then you enter the living room with a sofa bed (1.40 x 1.90), table/chairs, and a large-screen TV Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, complete set of dishes and some basic products. At the back: the sleeping area with a double bed of 140 x 190 cm and a large closet The shower room: walk-in shower with toilet, sink Heating in every room Wi-Fi Baby kit (1 folding crib with mattress, 1 bathtub and 1 high chair) In front of the studio: 1 reserved parking spot + 3-bike rack. Access: - Kerhillio beach: 2.5 km on foot (5 min by car, 10 min by bicycle, 20 min on foot via the trails) - Voie Verte V5 Erdeven-Quiberon 500 m away - 2 steps from the GR34 (Sentier des Douaniers) - Erdeven or Plouharnel 4 km - Carnac 8 km - Quiberon pier 18 km We will be happy to provide you with any additional information you may need (we live in the main house)! Guest access This is an entire place, fully equipped. Other things to note Contact us for the calendar: Off-season rental for 2 days or more Rental in July/August from Saturday to Saturday by the week or by the fortnight, depending on the dates.
