And yes, we've even added a hammock in the bedroom for extra comfort and fun! Our suite can accommodate up to four guests, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone. Unwind on the plush (firm) queen-size bed or make use of the air mattress or pull-out futon if needed. We've got you covered! The Basecamp on Yellow Creek boasts a well-equipped kitchenette to meet your basic meal prep needs. From a microwave and mini-fridge with a freezer to a coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and ample utensils, you'll find everything you need. Upon your arrival, we've stocked the kitchenette with coffee, tea, and snacks to kickstart your adventure-filled stay! Please be aware that, in accordance with Airbnb's policy, ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ARE PERMITTED. We want to maintain a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all of our guests and neighbors. We can't wait to welcome you! Guest access Guests will have a private entrance next to the garage to allow you to come and go as you please. You will also have a designated parking spot in our driveway, just steps away from your entrance. We, the hosts, will be staying in the house and going about our regular routine and are available to assist as needed. Other things to note WELL WATER: From the tap in the bathroom we have filtered and softened well water which is safe for consumption, though, similar to most rural homes the water does have a noticeable odor. PET POLICY: We are a pet-friendly home but it does come with some fine print. We ask that you do not let your pet on the furniture/bed and that you do not leave your pup unattended in the suite. Please also make sure you clean up after your dog in the yard and wipe their feet upon entering the suite if their paws are dirty. If there is hair on the furniture we will charge an additional $40 to your account to cover a dry cleaning and/or a deep clean to be respectful of future guests. *Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a dog/pet and thank you for respecting our home*
