We'd love to host you in our home. Twenty years ago, I fell in love with this corner of Occitania: the charm of the vineyards, the valleys as far as the eye can see, the calm, the building to be restored. I designed this house to accommodate our many friends and family. With Laurence, we bargain-hunted all the decorative objects, invented different decors for each room and created the comfort and cocoon atmosphere we dreamed of for our vacation. See you soon. The space Our 300 m² house is organized on 3 levels: - On the upper floor: 4 large bedrooms including a suite incorporating 1 bathroom, a separate bathroom, toilets and an office; a children's play area (Wii-PS3-TV-DVD) - on the ground floor: 2 suites (with bathtub for one and shower for the other), bathrooms, reception and reading area, 1 dining room, 1 large 50 m² living room with fireplace, TV, HI-FI,... All bathrooms are equipped with hairdryers. - on a third level, a space with a view of the vineyards includes a very large fully equipped kitchen including a dining area that can accommodate up to 14 people - Amenities: kitchen range, food processor, American fridge, filter coffee machine/Nespresso, washing machine, dryer,... Baby equipment: high chair, folding crib (without mattress – 60 x 120 cm) - Outside: 2 terraces facing the pool, the vineyards and the surrounding woods are landscaped: one for relaxing under a pergola, the other covered in tile and protected from the air by curtains for meals. - The pool: the surroundings of the pool are equipped with terraces that accommodate sunbathing. The heated pool is active oxygen – size = 12 X 5 m An automated roller shutter - Various amenities will allow you to spend pleasant evenings around a barbecue. Development of a bowling alley Guest access Our house is 45 minutes from Pau (64), 5 kilometers from the medieval village of Madiran (65). Its location will allow you to discover the Adour Valley and its hills: the archaeological area of Maubourguet, Vic-en-Bigorre, the visits to the wine cellars of the Château d'Aydie, the Château Montus et Bouscassé... but also the Abbey of Saint-Sever de Rustan, Trie-sur-Baïse, The Hillen Pottery Gardens, the Nogaro car racing circuit... We will be happy to show you the points of interest that meet your expectations.
