The entire stone cottage, screened in front porch, firepit area with adirondack chairs, Dual, Char Griller (gas and charcoal) grill and nearly 3 acres of privacy that surrounds it. Plenty of parking for 3-4 cars and your boat trailer too. You will have access to the entire cottage and the nearly 3 acres it sits on. About one acre is mowed and the rest is heavily wooded. The house may not be huge but with the screened in front porch and the private, spacious yard, you’ll have all the space you need to enjoy a game of Cornhole, grill or enjoy sitting around a bonfire. No one lives on the property and there’s only one neighbor you can visually see from the yard. Come enjoy our cozy, charming, romantic 1930’s cottage and create new memories with your loved ones! We're on a narrow, residential street that leads out to a peninsula on the lake. Not too many cars go by on the street, so it's pretty quiet and secluded. There is plenty of parking on our acreage and if you want to park your boat trailer, there is room for that too. Once you book, I will send detailed directions on exactly how to find us. Tom and I travel a lot, and we realized that when we’re on the road, we still want all the conveniences of home, but no one offers that!
