The apartment/guest suite is situated on our double block property with your own private entrance located underneath our main house via a concrete ramp and handrail. Situated in the heart of the town, the perfect place to relax and stay to explore all that the Snowy Mountains has to offer. 10 min walk to local IGA supermarket, main street shops and Top Pub. 1 minute walk to the hospital , 15 minute walk to the Corryong Recreation Reserve, golf course, tennis courts and sports club. The space One bedroom guest suite with a queen bed, living room and bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet. All linen and towels are provided. The living area has reverse cycle air conditioning, heating and a television with AppleTV. Pantry stocked with small items such as tea, coffee and sugar. Use of electric frypan, microwave, kettle, hot plate, pots, pan, jaffle maker and toaster to cater for most cooking needs. The bathroom is one room with a shower, vanity and toilet all in the space. It is supplied with a hairdryer, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Outdoor patio seating area for you to relax outside and have a meal or a drink. Please no access to the main backyard though. Please note : Any smoking/smell of smoke will incur an extra cleaning fee charged to you. Guest access Outside the apartment/suite it is fenced off to the main backyard. Full access from the front road, down the sideway ramp and fenced in patio area. Park on the street out the front, no parking on the lawn. Local attractions are there to be enjoyed - The Man From Snowy River Museum, Jack Rileys Grave, The Murray river, Khancoban Dam, Bluff Falls and many lookouts
