The space Corteprimavera, is a fantastic Bed & Breakfast, located between hills and vineyards of Franciacorta, between Villages, Medieval Castles, 18th century Palaces, Villas Patrizie, Pievi and Wineries, in a sunny morainic amphitheater that extends south of Lake Iseo, in the province of Brescia. Corteprimavera is a farmhouse of the nineteenth century, stands on a hill called "Baliot" from Balia because it was a sighting, lookout, to the marshy areas below. During the construction of the farmhouse, the name Corteprimavera was chosen, abandoning “Baliot”, because by now the swamps had been reclaimed and above all because the microclimate of the area, mild and cool in summer and mitigated in winter, recalls spring in every season. Far from the traffic and chaos of modern life, you can rediscover the silence and “noises” of nature.
