The pressoir is a large family house with: - An unheated indoor pool - An outdoor tennis court - A billiard room and foosball The estate is located 125 km from Paris (4 minutes from the A13 highway exit), 60 km from Honfleur and Deauville, 35 km from Rouen; offering the possibility of many sites to visit around. The space The Gros Chêne estate is a family estate composed of three houses; one inhabited by the family, one inhabited by the guardians of the estate and a last house, the Pressoir, which is for you. The Pressoir is a large Norman-style building of more than 300 m2 in half-timbering on two floors. It includes: - An unheated indoor pool (15 m x 5.5 m) with a diving board and a changing area, consisting of showers and toilets, usable from April to October. - A quick tennis court near the house that can be used all year round. On the ground floor: - A large living/dining room of 80 m2 communicating with a large open kitchen - A second large independent living room of 50 m2 with television - A cloakroom with shower and toilet On the first floor: - A large room equipped with 2 billiards and a foosball table. - Three large bedrooms with double bed (160) each equipped with a sink - A bathroom and toilet On the second floor: - Two bedrooms respectively with two and three single beds and a sink - A toilet The house is located in a 15-hectare park with no nearby homes. It is a place where you can find yourself in total silence in harmony with nature Guest access As a guest, you'll have access to the entire Pressoir, and its garden, as well as the tennis court and unheated indoor pool. The tennis court and pool are for your exclusive use during your stay. Other things to note We want peaceful, family-type occupations. Noisy parties are not tolerated. Linens and towels are provided.
