The apartment location is really convenient, and enjoys one of the most beautiful untouched beaches in the island. Perfect place for water sports, sunbathing, golf & paddle! This is a 2-bedroom apartment of 115 sqm, including a 50-sqm private terrace, with 2 double beds (1,50m W x 1,95m L) in the bedrooms, plus a large sofa bed in the living room (1,40m W x 2m L) which allows you to comfortably accommodate up to 5 guests. Please note that despite the pool beds featured in this listing property photos, there’s a chance there may not be pool beds available. Owners’ corporation is having trouble due to too many pool beds broken, and they buy new ones once every six months only, whether these are broken or not, therefore please don’t count on them. Guest access The property is very easy to reach from both TFS airport (15min) or TFN airport (45min). The address is Calle Balboa 2, 38618 Granadilla, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. The intercom is 1F, and you are welcome to ring it upon arrival for one my cohosts to show you in. Please note that Calle Balboa is at the very end of Calle Pizarro. If some GPS systems such as Goggle Maps, Calle Balboa doesn't show up. If you have any problem, let us know and we will send you exact pin to follow. There is street parking and also private indoor garage available. The parking slot is 42. Please do not park in any other parking space. If required, we can provide you with 24/7 door-to-door shuttle service from/to any of the airports or ports, via my family transport company if you wish. If hired, we'd make sure that your private driver would also be the one taking care of your check-in process and key delivery for your own convenience. Contact us for pricing. Please note this is a private apartment, and therefore it doesn't feature a 24/7 reception. You must coordinate with us ahead of time an appointment for check-in. Other things to note The property is close to shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants inside the outdoor shopping mall La Tejita Street Market. Additionally, there are a number of activities nearby including wind-surfing school, and 2 of the best golf courses in Tenerife just 5 minutes away by car. The condo boasts two swimming pools: one for adults and one for children. The development also enjoys landscaped gardens, paddle court and a solarium; the property is just in front of La Tejita and El Medano beaches, where every year one of the PWA surf world championships events take place (pwaworldtour com). Free indoor parking space in garage included. A bus stop is 50m away from the apartment. The bus line is 470 and you can easily reach Los Cristianos (Las Americas), El Medano and the nearby famous golf courses of Amarilla Golf & Golf del Sur among others. You can purchase your ticket when getting on the bus. Renting a car is advisable if you plan to visit the different UNESCO heritage sites in the island, as well as the capital or other beaches and towns. The closest and most affordable place to rent a car is Tenerife South Airport (TFS). If you prefer to save the hassle of renting, driving & parking a car without having to concern about the Spanish rules and signage to do this, feel free to contact me to hire a private driver. My family owns a private chauffeur hire company, and we can offer you a tailored quotation to have a driver taking you wherever you need, waiting for you as long as you need. IMPORTANT Note: According to the provisions of article 1 of Decree 1513/1959, of August 18th 2023, we have the obligation to identify all guests (of age 16 and above) who intend to stay at the property before granting access to the property. All guests will be requested to provide with ID or passport photo ahead of their arrival via Airbnb platform. Originals will have to be shown upon check-in.
