Granny flat with own bathroom and kitchenette

Room on the ground floor of a classic Queenslander. You have your own bathroom and kitchenette. It's almost like having your own little apartment, no-one else lives on the ground floor. The kitchen is stocked with all you need for a good breakfast (free). It has a small two-plate cooker and a microwave oven. Onsite parking. No smoking please. Please, if you are noise-sensitive, this place may not be for you. We try to walk upstairs slowly but the house is old and you will hear muffled steps. The space You will hear foot steps upstairs because the house is old. Your room is in a newly added-living area on the ground floor of a traditional Queensland house. Your bathroom and kitchenette are also new. There is no-one else living on that floor. We have fly screens on every window and door. You can park your car at the back of the house next to your entry door or in front of the property. Guest access You have access to the downstairs outdoor hang out area, the backyard and the laundry (and of course your room, kitchen and bathroom). We will give you the access code to the number lock that opens the door to your living area. During your stay We are international travelers ourselves and we like meeting other travelers and share our stories over a cider on the veranda. Apart from English, we are fluent in German, Tagalog, Kapampangan, Spanish, Indonesian, Portuguese and French. We also understand if you feel like having a quiet time to yourself. You have your own entry door and your own outdoor area. Other things to note Checking out is a breeze, just close the door behind you when you leave, no hassle.
