Small Artist's Studio in Faubourg Montmartre

Our small atelier d'artiste, a studio, 230 square feet, is on the ground floor of a charming, and quiet, old cobbled courtyard. With its traditional metal and glass facade, it benefits from unusually high ceilings of over 3 meters. Kitchen just renovated & entire studio repainted January 2019. With a double bed, (140cm x 190cm) immaculate white-tiled bathroom, shower, toilet, sink and heated towel racks. A unique property for unique guests. The space The studio is located on an adorable interior courtyard and so is very calm and typically Parisian. It is a completely independent space, with its own entrance, and not part of another apartment. Washing machine & dryer. Ceiling fan. Iron and ironing board. Hair dryer. Tea kettle, coffee machine. (Nearest Metros; CADET, GRANDS BOULEVARDS, NOTRE DAME DE LORETTE, 15 minutes walk to GARE DU NORD) Guest access We regret that we are generally unable to accommodate requests for early check-ins and late check-outs - other guests quite properly expect to be able to check-in/check-out on time, and we ourselves need appropriate time to clean the space on a dependable time-table. Reserving an extra night can sometimes solve issues of inconvenient timetables. The studio is on a cobbled interior courtyard and so one hears virtually NO cars or traffic. That said, you are expected to respect this quiet as noise can echo and so we ask for no parties, non-quiet music or TV with windows open, or laundry usage after 10pm. A final note :-) We are in walking distance to the Gare du Nord, and halfway between Montmartre and the Seine/Notre Dame/Louvre - about 20 minutes either way on foot.
