Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 40 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5. The space The house is isolated in a sense that there is no houses around, the first house is 50-70 meters away and the small village is 10 minutes slow walk, by the sea. This house is perfect for family or a small group of friends who want to escape from a crowded places or busy beaches and want to relax near the sea in a perfect serenity. The garden around the house doesn't require high maintenance, but in the same time, the rosemary and olive trees provide real Mediterranean feel and allow you a little nap in a hammock under the tree. Deck on the beach you see on the photo is there but from 15.05-15.10 because of the unstable weather conditions before and after that period. Concrete beach and stairs into the sea is available all year round. Guest access Ground floor is like a studio with one single bed, full bathroom, it is like a lounge room connected with large terrace on which we have a large table for 6 people. First floor has large kitchen, 2 bedrooms and another full bathroom and a living room with cable television.The entrance to the upper floor is from another terrace with lounge furniture. This terrace is not windy at all, it is perfect for the afternoon drink or reading a book. Both floors have AC. Deck is on the beach but not before 15.05. Other things to note the sea is clean and there is no beaches by another houses around. But, there is no shallow water. So if you are not a good swimmer you will not be perfectly happy with the entrance into the sea. We have stairs to get in. Deck is in full function from 15.05.
