Converted Elementary School - Classroom 1 Suite

A former public school classroom converted into a private suite with 3-piece bath and kitchenette. This huge, bright suite has it's own entrance. Barrier-free! 15 minutes from Sandbanks. A fabulous home base to explore the South end of the County. We are dog friendly. Extra bed available for $25 a night. Sandbanks Park pass is available for your use during your stay. Added 17% tax is mandatory HST and MAT. License Number: ST-2020-0432 The space There is a well-appointed kitchenette with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, hot plate, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, and mini fridge, plus a private bbq. There is also a dining and living area in each suite. We are dog friendly and have two large dogs on the premises. They are very friendly and may run to you and bark to greet you. Guest access There is a patio table and chairs outside of your suite, plus a gas barbecue. Each suite has a door to the hallway and to their outdoor space.
