The space The apartment has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, one car space, a fully equipped gas kitchen and large balcony with views from the ocean to the hinterland. The apartment also allows access for guests to the building facilities such as the heated indoor and outdoor pools, kids pool, gym, sauna, and BBQ area. Bedding Configuration: Master bedroom - 1 King bed (can be converted to 2 singles) Second bedroom - 2 Singles Living area - 1 sofa bed (can be converted to a double ONLY if extra guests are specified). Please do not use it without permission as we do not put linen on the sofa bed if the sofa bed is not booked. Guest access The apartment is best suited for 4 people. We are a child friendly apartment. However, families with young kids should still be mindful of reasonable risks associated with staying in a building with balconies. Other things to note ATTENTION: Bookings made for the dates of 23 December 2022 to 31 January 2023 are NON-REFUNABLE! Standard Check in time is 3 pm to 7 pm, and Check out is 10 am. We may be able to facilitate early or late check-in or check-out and will do our best to accommodate your requirements if you provide us notice in advance.
