This is a cosy two-bedroom, fully equipped apartment, with a maximum capacity for 5 persons. It's located in a calm residential area of Premantura, but in just 5 minute walking distance from the village center, making it an ideal place for your stay. The space This is an apartment for 4-6 persons (***), located on the ground floor, and includes two double rooms, fully furnished, bathroom with WC and shower, large living room with kitchen and an extensible sofa bed, and a terrace. The price includes: •air conditioning •wireless internet connection •private parking •kitchen utensils, pots, cutlery etc. •TV with satellite receiver •bed linen •towels •tourist tax During the full season (July & August) we accept reservations from Saturday to Saturday only. Guest access The apartments have a large, bright and airy open plan living area, comprising fully furnished lounge, dining area, fully fitted kitchen, bathroom and a terrace, as well as a secured parking place. Other things to note The house... In this apartment you will enjoy privacy, serenity, peace and quiet during your stay in Premantura. The house is located in a calm residential part of the village. The parking... Our parking place has a capacity of 15 cars, all inside the yard. So, dear guest, no need to worry about your vehicle, as it is securely locket behind a gate. The terrace... There is no better way to relax your body and mind then to enjoy a hot summer evening on the terrace tasting a glass of some of the traditional Istrian wines. Just a reminder, each of our apartments have a spacious terrace you can relax on. The garden... We have a beautiful garden with trees and flowers where you can jus rest your eyes far away from the everyday city scramble and noises. Or you might just want to lay down on a desk chair and catch a bit of sun, accompained by the music of local birds and crickets. Sports and leisure... If you're more of an active type, you're welcome we have a table tennis in a shade behind the house. And in case you might bring any equipment (bycicles, surfs...), we have plenty of a space to keep them locked for you. The guests of our apartments have the possibility to choose between a great variety of beaches. While the nearest one is located 400 meters from us, Kamenjak provides you 30 km of great and different beaches, offering you immense relaxation of swimming pleasure.
