Upstairs, connected to the apartment by a private external staircase, large terrace of 150 square meters, for exclusive use with lounge area and island kitchen. Both kitchens are well equipped and both have dishwasher. The apartment has a private shaded parking space. Other things to note The apartment is located on the second floor accessible by stairs. The rooftop terrace is open from June to September accordingly with the climatic conditions. Television photographed on the rooftop terrace is not available. The swimming pool inside the residence is open from June to September. It is a private club within walking distance of the apartment. We offer a free membership for 4 people.
