Fully separate back cottage behind our house in the North Park neighborhood of San Diego. Features a cozy king bed, desk and kitchenette perfect for coffee, tea and takeout or preparing something to enjoy in the fully fenced back yard. The space Private, pet-friendly unit with its own entrance, bathroom & kitchenette. Fully fenced backyard with patio table & chairs to enjoy and space for furry friends to safely play. The center of our unit is a big, cozy king size bed. There's a desk if you have a bit of work to do and plenty of closet space. We're also equipped with a Keurig to get your morning started and a fridge/microwave to keep leftovers from some of the amazing restaurants in our neighborhood. Guest access Private unit access and use of our fully enclosed backyard. Use the gas grill & enjoy the San Diego sunshine or stoke the fire pit in the evening. We are located in the center of North Park just blocks from shops, restaurants, bars & local breweries (many offering take-out, delivery, curbside coffee & growlers to go!) Three blocks from The Observatory & a 10 min Uber to Gaslamp/Little Italy. Fifteen minutes to the beach. Street parking is free in the neighborhood, but can be challenging to find now that we have so many cute outdoor eateries! Other things to note Like much of San Diego, our unit is not heated or air conditioned, so it does require a bit of flexibility with the seasons.
