Close to shops, restaurants, cafes, public transport and walking distance to cbd, Carlton, universities, hospitals, arts precincts and the tennis centre. I will meet you on arrival and there is further useful information left on the bench. The space Guests have the the use of the whole house and garden. It is in a quiet lane in Fitzroy, close to Smith St, Brunswick St and Gertrude St. The house is two storey and has living areas upstairs and downstairs. It is a beautiful space to work in and the eastern light in the morning is golden. It has hydronic heating in winter and ceiling fans in summer. The laundry is in the garden. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and garden. Other things to note It is a densely populated neighbourhood where neighbours know each other and maintain a strong sense of community.
