A naca below

A' naca is an old renovated house with a courtyard full of plants overlooking Ibla. The whole apartment on the fresh ground floor is for our guests only, there is a private entrance, a living room with library, sofa and courtyard view, a fully equipped kitchen, a private bathroom, a spacious room with a double bed and two single beds and the and a beautiful single room with a view over Ibla. Stargazers can sleep in the hammock out in the courtyard and, if you are lucky, hear the owls' calls. The space A' naca, the cradle in Sicilian, is an old renovated house overlooking Ibla. There is a yard all around, the jasmine and the bougainvillea climb up the walls. The whole ground floor, very fresh in the summer, is for our guests, there is a private entrance, a small living room with library, sofa and courtyard view; there is a fully equipped kitchen, where you can have a relaxed breakfast wearing your pyjamas, or you can end your day with spaghetti al pomodoro with the aromatic herbs that grow in the yard; a private bathroom where you can wash away the salt and the sun after spending a day on the beach at Marina di Ragusa; a spacious room with a double bed and two single beds, two armchairs for those who want to relax while making plans for the following day, and a single room with a beautiful view over Ibla. Stargazers can sleep in the hammock out in the courtyard and, if you are lucky, hear the owls calling each other. The owners, on request, will leave you a small basket that you can use to prepare by yourself a tipical italian breakfast: you can either stay in your kitchen, or sit in the yard smelling the fragrances of the plants and enjoy a spectacular view of Ibla. The whole house is very cool in summer thanks to its position leaning against the rock and its ancient structure with a thickness of the stone walls of about 80 cm, for the most demanding there is still the possibility of using the air conditioning (installed on August 1, 2024) in the large bedroom or the fans in the other rooms. Fans of the Inspector Montalbano television series will be amazed to find themselves, once they have crossed the gate of A' naca, right in front of the most evocative set of the series: Ibla, with its ancient stones, the color of the sand of the nearby beaches of Punta Secca (the Marinella of the fiction) and Marina di Ragusa. The owners will provide you with a small welcome basket with fresh Sicilian fruit, tea, coffee, salt, sugar, oil, vinegar and everything you need for cooking, and will always be available for any of your needs.. Please note! The single room is not available from June 22nd to 30th, 2026. Guest access - Upon check in, an identity document will be required for registration and payment of the tourist tax of € 2.00 per person per night. Children under the age of twelve are exempt; - Standard accommodation: a double bed will be available for 1 or 2 people, a double bed plus a single bed for 3 people, a double bed plus two single beds for 4 people. For accommodation other than the standard one, a specific request must be made at the time of booking. For the accommodation of two people in two separate beds or three people in 3 separate beds a one-off supplement of € 10.00 per bed is required. - There is a supplement of € 5.00 per day for pets who will be offered a basket and two bowls for food and water - Baby cot is available on request, the extra is € 5,00 per night to pay by cach at your arrival. - Even if we always prefer to welcome our guests, the possibility of self check-in is available on request.
