We are on the third floor (with lift), but you do get the feeling of the place! The apartment is spacious, a large room with high ceilings and beams, big window overlooking an internal courtyard, bright, quiet. There is a very small kitchenette with two electric plates. In the main room there is a fridge and a microwave oven, flat-screen TV, a large and confortable double bed, a table with chairs, ample storage. The apartment can confortably host a couple in the king-size bed. The gas central heating is operated by the tenant depending on their preferences. The area - You have all you need and you are a few yards away from the best restaurants, bars, shops in town. The monuments, museums and ancient sites are all walking distance from us. The apartment is five minutes away from Piazza Signoria, Santa Croce, Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Biblioteca Nazionale. One of the very few public garages in the centre of Florence is in the same building and parking (as well as access to ZTL in the city centre) can be negotiated separately.
