Master bedroom, Private bath, Easy Dallas access!

This large master in Richardson (off 75) has a queen bed with a clean, simple living space, WiFi, desk, access to shared areas, walking distance to the DART and a private bathroom! Easy downtown commute / Near Texas Instruments Shared spaces: kitchen/dining/laundry/living room/patio. The other room is also Airbnb. Please be courteous & do not book if you’re uncomfortable with a shared residence. Netflix/Hulu/Prime on the tv in the living room. 2-minutes to grocery stores & restaurants! The space Bathroom: There are towels and toiletries in the bathroom cabinet. Bedroom: Queen bed. There are hangers and extra blankets in the room. Guest access Kitchen: Feel free to use the kitchen. There is extra fridge and cabinet space for your use, as well as some basic seasonings and random food. Please clean up after yourself and throw out any opened food or food that will expire. TRASH: read carefully Trash bags under the sink. Please place full trash bags in the trash can on the patio. Trash pickup is Monday and Thursday morning. On the night before or morning of, please take the bags only (no can) through the BACK gate of the back yard. Place on the ground (Richardson does not allow trash cans). Laundry: Feel free to use. Make yourself at home! During your stay Please message me with anything you need. I get text messages on my phone when you message me on Airbnb. Please be respectful of any other guests in the house and please don’t book if you’re uncomfortable with a shared residence. The keypad allows you to come and go as you please. Please make sure the door fully locks before leaving. (You may need to pull the door as the mechanical lock locks due to shifting of the house/seasons) Other things to note Parking: Park on the street or in the driveway. Please do not block other vehicles. Checking in: The house is mint green and the code is (refer to checkin instructions). Your room is in the hall to the left and the bathroom is attached. Checking out: Please leave the bedroom key on the desk. If you need to check out late, you must ask first. Lost key - $100 fee Late check out without approval - $20 fee Mail forwarding - $20 per trip to post office + postage
