There is a well equipped kitchen which leads onto the open plan living and dining area at the rear. This boasts a vaulted high ceiling and constantina doors opens onto a generous 50m2 sandstone patio looking over the South-West facing garden – a wonderful sense of space. There is an outdoor hot shower too for those who brave the sea. Relax on the sunloungers outside, or inside on the sumptuous corner sofa. There is a 65” SMART LED TV, with Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions (and Freeview). A large rustic oak dining table stretches across the room, with plenty of seating for all the family. The four bedrooms have been designed with comfort and flexibility in mind, with deluxe orthapaedic beds of the highest quality. All bedding is microfibre and anti-allergy. There are thick curtains and blinds in all the bedrooms for a perfect night’s sleep. The three bathrooms (two ensuite) can all be used simultaneously thanks to the advanced hot water megaflow system. Luxury bath towels and beach towels are provided. The master bedroom (super king) has a 40” TV and the king size bedroom has a 47" TV. FAMILIES: The house is fully equipped for babies and young children. 2x travelcots, 2x highchairs, baby bath, bath swivel seat, nappy changing unit, plastic plates/cups/cutlery, low pull-out beds... and lots of toys! No bunk beds. Local shops, cafes and pubs just around the corner. 2 minute walk to the beach. Plenty of local eateries and activities for all the family. There is plenty to do and enjoy during the winter and colder months too - long walks along the coast or the South Downs, pubs and restaurants. The best of British seaside.
