WARNING!!! Bed and bath linens, as well as cleaning, are optional. We charge an extra 15 euros per person for bed sheets, bath towels, washcloths and shower mats. We charge 40 euros for the cleaning service. The space Bright apartment of +-110 m2. Open living room, dining room (with 1 baby chair) and kitchen. Small courtyard of +-20 m2 with table, chairs, two beach deckchairs, some children's games. Two bedrooms. Bedroom 1, upstairs, with a bunk bed and a baby bed; Bedroom 2, on the ground floor, with a double bed 1.40 m. Sofa bed in the living room. In the kitchen: fridge, gas stove, microwave, dishwasher. Bathroom with toilet. TV and wifi. The beach is a few meters away. Tram and bus stops 200 meters away. Weekly market Saturday morning on the small square down the shopping street. Free parking 1 km away (Free Square parking). Guest access The entire apartment. Other things to note We want to establish a relationship of trust between the tenants and us, so that we can entrust the keys to our apartment without stress. Honesty and communication are therefore paramount. Please apply these rules when booking and indicate the number of people who wish to stay and if you are bringing a pet. We are very communicative, so don't hesitate to let us know if anything changes. PLEASE NOTE!!! Bed and bath linens are not included in the price. You can choose to bring your own or rent ours for an extra 15 euros per person. The same applies for cleaning. You can choose to clean the apartment yourself before your checkout or to use our services for an extra charge of 40 euro.
