The space Welcome to my bright and spacious 50 m² apartment, located in the heart of the Brassens neighborhood, just a few steps from the Porte de Versailles and only 2 minutes from a beautiful park. This is my primary residence, which I enjoy sharing when I’m not at home. I carried out a major renovation and everything in the apartment is new and in perfect condition. Located on the top floor of the building, the space is very bright and sunny throughout the day thanks to its large windows. As soon as you enter, you’ll feel at home: a large, elegant living room, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, oven, stove, fridge, coffee machine…), and a modern bathroom. Everything has been designed so that you have a pleasant stay with all the necessary comfort. I rent only to solo travelers, professionals on business trips, couples, or families — renting to groups of friends is not allowed. The Brassens neighborhood is a hidden gem in Paris: charming, green, and lively. You can stroll through Georges Brassens Park, known for its vineyards, antique book market, and peaceful paths. Nearby, you’ll find many cafés, artisanal bakeries, markets, typically Parisian restaurants, and other nice local spots. The Porte de Versailles and its famous exhibition center are very close, as are the main attractions of the 15th arrondissement. In terms of public transport, the area is very well connected: several metro lines, buses, and trams allow you to reach all iconic areas of Paris easily — Eiffel Tower, Champs-Élysées, Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Montparnasse, or the Marais. Montparnasse train station is also just a few minutes away. Guest access The whole apartment is available for your stay. Other things to note The apartment is managed by Get a Key's concierge team, available 7 days a week from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. In the apartment, all our guests are provided with bed linen, essential toiletries for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, soap, toilet paper...), as well as one large towel per person, a hand towel, and a bath mat. We are committed to offering a pleasant experience; however, please note that we do not provide hotel-style housekeeping services. Any mid-stay cleaning, towel/linen replacement, restocking of essentials, or delivery services can be arranged upon request for an additional fee. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a Get a Key agent, who will hand over the keys and answer any questions you may have. Late arrivals between 8:00 PM and midnight are possible for an additional fee of €30, payable directly to the greeter at check-in. Please communicate your expected arrival time at least one day before check-in. In case of delays beyond the agreed time, the greeter will wait up to 45 minutes. After that, you will be provided with instructions on where to meet for key collection and complete a self check-in. Alternatively, if available, the greeter can wait for an additional hour for a €20 surcharge, payable in cash. Please note that this apartment is the primary residence of the owners. They live here and rent it out when they are away, allowing travelers to enjoy a truly authentic home environment. The owners are happy to make their equipment available to you and have cleared space in the closets for your belongings.
