Tiny house near the beach - 1 kitchenette - 1 bathroom with shower + toilet - 1 mezzanine with 1 double bed 140 cm WITH sheets provided (bed to be made/unmade by you) - 1 mezzanine with 115 cm wide armchair WITHOUT sheets, but with pillows + duvets Warning: - As there is no cleaning fee, it must be provided by you - Miller ladder and straight ladder for mezzanine access - check-in between 5pm and 8pm / check-out before 12pm The space This tiny house is located in a green field but in close proximity to the owner's home and another tiny house (no neighbors). It also includes an outdoor table with 4 chairs. The beds are in mezzanines so at the ceiling height limit (about 1m30 for the main one). Guest access You will have access to the tiny house as well as a parking space marked "Tiny house n°1". Plus a terrace area with small garden furniture. Other things to note I provide linens for the main bed for those who travel light. Guests are responsible for making/unmaking the bed mezzanine height 1m30. For the armchair bed, I provide 2 60 x 60 pillows + 2 single duvets, but not sheets. Please remember to bring pillowcases + sheets if needed for the sofa bed => (unfolded dimensions: 115 x 175) Warning: access to mezzanines by miller's ladder and straight ladder: narrow and low ceiling height: take the ladders backwards and be vigilant. Do not use under the influence of alcohol, drugs or drugs that alter perception. No WIFI or TV, Orange GSM network ok, Free and Bouygues depends and SFR does not work. Check-in is between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Check-out is before 12 p.m.
