The North Sea is only about 200m away over the green dike! The 1,000m2 plot is surrounded on two sides by ditches and offers large lawns and play areas, in addition to the old trees a lot of bamboo, lavender and herb garden and wide views over the adjacent fields. The development leads over a trick road, on which no through traffic takes place and which is basically used as a play road.
