Balcraggon Accommodation in rural Stockinbingal on the Burley Griffin Way, is central to 4 country towns - Cootamundra, Temora, Young, Junee and Wagga Wagga. Our modern cabin accommodates up to 8 people in two queen sized beds, and two king sized beds fully equipped lounge, kitchen, bathroom/laundry. All facilities are provided, light breakfast, linen, towels, washing machine, dryer and reverse cycle air conditioning, heated 25 metre lap swimming pool and children's play area and gazebos. The space The 5.4 acre property has 3 cabins, the 4 Bedroom cabin and two Studio Cabins with access to a 25 m heated lap pool, gazebos and an external laundry. The 4 br cabin has an open living and kitchen/dining area with all modern conveniences available, including a 65cm smart TV and a Playstation 4. The laundry is a combined shower, washing machine, drier, toilet and vanity basin. There are two Queen sized and two King sized beds. Reverse cycle airconditioning provides cooling and heating, with gas heating and electric blankets for the cooler months. The kitchen provides a full gas stove and oven, and a large stand up fridge with freezer. All cooking implements are provided. Guest access Guests may utilise all aspects of the property and swim in the 25 metre heated lap pool whenever they wish. Guests may enjoy the farm stay environment with a variety of animal on site, including 2 Maremmas, 2 ponies, 6 miniature pygmy goats, 30 silkie and cross bred chickens, 14 Khaki Campbell ducks, 30 Muscovy ducks of varying ages, 5 turkeys, one Peahen, 12 guinea fowl, 12 sheep including Harlequin and Dorper varieties and 8 guinea pigs.
