King size room in modern home set in its own private garden on a residential housing estate, away from busy roads and convenient for the A1 and A59. It’s a 25 minute walk to Knaresborough Town centre (pubs & cafes) and has a railway station and swimming pool. 15 minute walk to the St James retail park which has a McDonalds and M&S. The space Our home is a beautiful modern house and is secluded, tucked away down a Private Access Drive. We have Private off street parking. If you are working we provide a desk. Guest access Crockery can be provided and please ask if you have any other requirements as we will do our best to help. We understand if you need to relax and have peace and quiet and we are not intrusive. Other things to note We are sited at the end of a Private Access Drive which is very quiet and so you do need to look out for this driveway off the street in order to find us.
