The house as well as the complete furnishings and pool are new. A private parking space is available. The house with pool is located on a property of 2600 m² and absolutely in a very quiet location. The shopping facilities of the two large supermarkets are only a 10-minute walk away. The city center, harbor and sand or gravel beach are 800 m away. On our property there are still 1 rabbit, Schneeflocke, and 2 cats, Lucie and Mia, as well as 4 chickens.
