Your private room is located in an award-winning 5-room bed and breakfast establishment located along the west side of beautiful Seneca Lake. Finger Lakes wine country offers so much including boating, kayaking, fishing, wine and craft beer tastings, great cafes and restaurants, antiquing and farm markets. Just 12 minutes from Watkins Glen, NY and close to Glenora and Hermann Weimer wineries. Enjoy a king bed, ensuite bath, private den and spacious 2nd fl. porch for lake views. A premium two-room suite with den and private porch. King bed in main room with private bath. The den has a futon that is either a sitting space or opens to a very comfortable double size bed for extra sleep space. There is a $50 additional fee per person for this feature. The porch has a lovely view of the lake and gardens to watch the sun rise or set. There is an ample size closet space and two dressers. The bath has a double-sized shower and is modern. The Robin's Nest provides more space to spread out which is especially useful for longer stays, extra friends/family travel, or simple luxury. The den and large porch create almost an apartment-type space with tables, chairs, lighting. Seneca lake sunrises are spectacular and can be seen from this 2nd floor porch. Guests can access this room, den, and porch on the south side. It is a wrap porch and the east side is enjoyed by guests staying in another room. Guests also have access to the downstairs living room, dining room, lower porches, and lawn areas. The kitchen is used by the staff only. No laundry ...there is a laundromat just three miles away in the village of Dundee. 24/7 staff availability -either present at house or by text/phone. The staff is on premises or reachable by phone or text to answer a question or solve a situation. Let us help you plan your daily itinerary for markets, festivals, wine or craft brew tastings and places to eat and enjoy music. Your room will be neatened daily with towels changed, bathroom wiped down, bed made during late morning, early afternoon. The staff will serve you breakfast 8:45 ish each morning. Please notify us the night before if you will NOT have breakfast. The house is located amidst the vineyards of Finger Lakes Wine country and overlooks Seneca Lake. If you love nature, you can enjoy a lovely walk or ride down to the lake just a 15 min. walk. Small waterfalls, wildflowers, lake views, gardens, sunrises . . . There is a large presence of Mennonite farms and markets here. You will see/hear the clip-clop of horses. Parking on the property. Limos available by reservation for wine tours or other. There is a service that provides a driver to drive your car for an hourly fee to act as designated driver. Uber and Lyft may be available. You may easily use your own vehicle for most everything you want to do. Robin's Nest is on the 2nd floor. Guests who have temporary or permanent disabilities should take this into consideration. We do have a 1st fl. bedroom that may be available. Your key is for your door only not the main door. There is plenty of parking on the property. However, guests with vehicles pulling a boat or car should ask ahead to make arrangements for parking.
