Our apartment is upstairs in an old farmhouse in a quiet residential area, close to downtown Hendaye. There is a large garden, where we want to prioritize biodiversity (trees, small ponds, a wide variety of plants and of course space for you too!) In the courtyard of the house there is a free parking space. The apartment is bright, simple and comfortable - a large living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet - it's our family home and we like it! The space Built in 1909, we have renovated it over the past 20 years, trying in our own way to keep the charm of the old. We have no Italian shower or TV (but unlimited hot water and wifi), no freezer or dishwasher (the freezer no longer works and ultimately it did not bother us) and it must be admitted that lovers of haute cuisine will find the facilities too limited (an oven, a microwave, a single hotplate, toaster, kettle etc). On the other hand, if you appreciate simplicity, old wood, a little nature, space and proximity to services, it will be a great pleasure to let you enjoy our house during our absences. From the living room you can see a lot of greenery, some trees and beyond the neighbor's garden down to ours. A path takes you to our garden (+/- 500 m²) surrounded by trees and hedges.
