The space This spacious bedroom has a comfortable king sized bed with plush mattress, as well as a sitting area/couch & coffee table. 55 in flat screen smart TV, Private door to backyard deck. Guest access At this time our Airbnb has become a Shelter-in-Place that is offering accommodations to anyone who can follow our protocol. We will provide you with: - Private Room with Private Entrance - Kitchenette with necessary items - Private Bathroom with Walk-in-Tub & Sit-Down Shower with handheld shower attachment that can be used sitting down or placed on the wall. - Access to Patio Deck area - Parking in Front of house on Circle Drive-way - Must have permission from your workplace to work-at-home. During the 2 week Quarantine Period we will provide: Laundry & Dish Washing Services Please wear a face mask in common hall areas. These accommodations are also available for those who may be retired or for couples. We have a fee of $20 extra dollars a day for the second person. We do have a “room and board” option that can be discussed if there is a situation where it would be better if meals were prepared for you. The price can be discussed should the need arise. Once the 2 week Quarantine period is over you will have access to the entire kitchen and laundry room: - indoor Laundry with complimentary detergent. - Fully stocked kitchen with complimentary breakfast and snack items including but not limited to coffee, tea, hot chocolate, oatmeal, cereals, almond milk, fruit, and breakfast bars. Designated space for your items in fridge, freezer, and cupboards. Microwave with steamer, crock-pot, toaster oven, toaster, electric blender, electric mixer, rice-cooker, orange-juicer, new oven and electric glass top stove. Wine & bottle opener. - Our home is designed as a resort and retreat and is in the Best Central Location to reach many other cities in the Silicon Valley Bay Area. Take a 10 minute bike ride or a 20 minute walk to several fitness gyms with bike storage available on premises. Grocery stores and restaurants are 10 minute walk and several shopping malls and other convenience stores are all close by as well. The BART is an easy way to venture to Oakland & San Francisco. There is also a large man-made lake with walking paths and picnic areas called Lake Elizabeth. Fremont has much to offer and we will be happy to be a guide for you in your areas of interest as well as provide tourist information for the extensive sites available to visit and explore.
