Please do not adjust any of the heater settings as a charge will be made of £100 for adjustment of settings which is in the house rules ! One bedroom with black out curtains , double bed with pillows and a double quilt , bedside cabinets with lamps on each of them also wardrobe Fresh bedding & fresh towel/s will be provided for you during your stay Travel cot & baby high chair ( available on request ) Newly decorated modern bathroom with toilet , sink , bath & shower , hand soap , hand sanitiser , shower gel , shampoo & conditioner Heated towel rail . Fully equipped kitchen with oven & hob , pots , pans , plates , cutlery , cups , utensils , fridge freezer , microwave , kettle , toaster , washing machine , washing tablets , tumble dryer , dish towels , hairdryer , iron & iron board, kitchen towel , , hoover . If you require milk please request this ! ( Milk was being left in the flat & getting opened but unused ) . Guest access Guest access to the flat will be through a private entrance from the private parking area , the sign says ( lynns airbnb ) . Please make use of the private parking on the premises as this will be yours during your stay , the signs say no parking but only due do other people thinking it’s public parking , this is for my guests only . Table & chairs are in the garden to sit and enjoy the sun & enjoy your stay :-) Other things to note The entrance patio door has a security lock …lift the handle & keep the handle up put the key in then turn it and the door will unlock for you . If you would like milk please request this and also what kind ( as milk is being opened and unused so it needs to be dumped ) Electricity is included ! Your parking is on the premises, where the sign on the gate says ( lynns airbnb ) signs saying no parking but this is due to the public thinking it is a public carpark .. ( its not ) is included in your booking ! There is a small convenience shop ( dunollie shop )if you look out the kitchen window it’s on the other side of the road . There is a small playpark about 10 minutes walk up the road , also another playpark 20mins away at Atlantis leisure ( main swimming pool in Oban ), Oban distillery is a 10 minute walk from the flat Maccaigs Tower is 20/25 minute walk or 10 minute drive up to see ( the view from it is beautiful). Dunollie Castle is a 20 minute walk ( down the hill , turn right , walk along the esplanade to the war memorial , continue walking and you will see dunollie castle Ganavan beach is a 10 minute drive , down the hill turn right & follow the road as far as you can . Oban railway station & Caledonian macbrayne ferry terminal is a 15 minute walk / 5-10 min drive from the flat where you can take the ferry to mull ( winter & summer months ) Iona in ( winter and summer months ) Staffa / treshnish isles ( get up close to puffins ) / fingals cave which is a must to visit in the summer months . Oban is the gateway to the isles & seafood capital of Scotland On the pier where the boats leaves for Mull there is fresh seafood available ( in the summer months ) you can sit and enjoy your seafood looking the view of Oban bay You will also find scotrail train station , west coat motor & citylink buses Have a wee look through my guide book for places to eat & visit :-) Registration Details 22/01244/PP
