We are in a quiet and residential area, with all shops nearby as well as free parking. Public transport is at the end of the street. Downtown Rouen is 30 minutes away. The Zenith is 10 minutes away As residents on site, we are available if necessary and do our best to remain discreet and not disturb you during your stay.
