The space Casa de Prazeres is a small space with Madeiran features consisting of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen, closed winter garden, large balcony and barbecue. The house has been lovingly rebuilt keeping all its rustic charm and original stonework. Carefully decorated in neutral tones, using elements that refer to nature and the calm life of the countryside, an environment that combines the modern with the rustic without neglecting comfort and well-being. Private pool, magnificent gardens with subtropical plants, continuous view from the dense forest to the infinity of the ocean combined with a romantic sunset. Carefully furnished and equipped with bedding and bathroom, sun loungers and other garden/pool accessories. The house is well positioned as it has limited access to the few locals and is a dead end road. Privileged location for activities in the countryside and for walks in the famous levadas. A beautiful serene retreat that takes us back to a rural environment breathing in the fresh and colorful air of nature. It should be noted that the average temperature of the location of the house in Jardim Pelado is always +3ºC than the general temperature of the parish of Prazeres. Guest access Casa de Prazeres is a detached house with a private pool and a lovely garden where the colors shine and the scent of flowers makes us dream of Paradise. Birds sing and bees eat pollen from flowers. The country air is pure and the night sky is a fantastic black blue full of stars. We offer on the property kitchen roll, clinex's, Rituals hand gel, body gel, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, tea, honey cake, Madeira wine, water, cookies, napkins, aluminum foil, film and various fruits. Other things to note Does not accept children under 6 years old. Does not accept animals. With sheets, bath towels and beach towels. For check-ins after 8:00 PM, guests will be charged an additional "late check-in" fee of €40 (paid in cash at check-in). Stays longer than 8 days incur an additional "intermediate cleaning" fee of €100 (paid in cash at check-in). It is mandatory to take out all trash before check-out to avoid a €100 penalty. Smoking is prohibited inside any part of the house, with a penalty of €500. The house must be returned with all used dishes washed; otherwise, a fine of €100 will be imposed.
