We offer a sunny and central apartment for 5 people in the Eixample district, near the Pedrera and well connected to the rest of the city. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, optical fiber, AC, equipped kitchen. We provide sheets and towels. And we will be happy to welcome you at the apartment on your arrival and inform everything necessary to guarantee you a good stay. TOURIST TAX and others extras are NOT included in the price. Please check the House Rules. The space The apartment has about 70 m2. A living room with balcony overlooking the street, 2 double bedrooms and 1 single bedroom. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining area. The bathroom has a large shower and washing machine. The apartment is renovated in 2015. It has air conditioning and heating. There is also optical fiber. We are able to provide baby cot and a highchair. Guest access We rent you the entire apartment. We offer you a crib and chair at no cost. Please let us know in advance. The building has an elevator and concierge. We can also offer to store your suitcases from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. for an additional cost of €10 at the concierge. If you need towels for the beach you can request them at the concierge for a cost of €5. Your loss will cost €25. Other things to note We are at your disposal to help you in whatever you need to book our apartment. We'll be happy to meet you at home!! Staying in an apartment between citizens of Barcelona is probably the most authentic way to see and live the city, but also forces to be respectful coexistence with neighbors. We have a late check in surcharge of 25 € after 20h, 40 € after 23h and 55€ from 1:00 am to 07:00 am TOURIST TAX: Barcelona has a tourist tax. It’s €6.25 per person and day for all host over 16 years old. Authorities can make rate changes. The rate charged will be the current one upon arrival of guests.
