Newly furnished one-bedroom apartment + mezzanine in a quiet hamlet in the village of Arveyres: Ideal for a quiet vacation and sightseeing for a couple or a family Shops and restaurants within 5 minutes Beds made on arrival Bathroom towels included The space The apartment consists of a bedroom with a 160-cm double bed + space for a travel cot, a sleeping area with 90-cm twin beds (or 1 180-cm bed) on the open mezzanine above the main room, and a 140-cm double sofa bed in the living room. Portacot and high chair loaned on request. Bathroom, shower, separate toilet. Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, stove, ceramic cooktop, TASSIMO® coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, etc.) TV, Wi-Fi Private terrace with garden furniture for dining and breakfast in the sun Our furry friends are welcome if they are used to being indoors. Please provide their blanket or basket. THEY MUST NOT BE LEFT ALONE IN THE ACCOMMODATION. Since the outdoor areas are shared with our house, they must be safe for our young children. They also need to know how to best share the space with our chickens and our little cat Chacha, who wander around! A discussion about them is therefore essential. Please provide us with a brief overview. We are actively renovating this former sheepfold and its outdoor areas. The accommodation itself is finished, and the outdoor areas are progressing day by day, including the pool deck.
