We are pleased to present this stunning, modern, beach-front villa which overlooks the Mediterranean Sea in the gorgeous coastal and historical city of Ashkelon. Private villa with spacious king sized bedrooms, private pool, snooker table, front and back garden space with a sea view unlike anything you have ever seen! Watch the stunning sunset set over the Mediterranean Sea every night, whilst enjoying the tranquility and peace of the area, surrounded by your family and those you love. The space We are proud to present The Chosen Villa! A premium, seafront villa in the scenic area of Barnea Bet in Ashkelon. Designed with luxury and comfort in mind, this Villa is the perfect getaway for families and friends who need a break from the busy city life! The Villa comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests, with each bedroom boasting king size beds with high-end mattresses, Egyptian cotton bedding, and premium fluffy towels to wrap yourself in after a relaxing shower in our beautiful bespoke bathrooms. Wind down after a relaxing day of enjoying the pool in the Villa, with 300 thread count bedsheets, cable TV in the bedrooms, blackout curtains and cosy lighting for those late evenings. Each bedroom comes with an en-suite bathroom, fully equipped with a powerful shower, toiletries, and plenty of towels. There are 2 half bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs, with a toilet and a sink. For additional guests over 6, there are 2 large sofa beds available that sleep 2 adults on each bed (one upstairs and one downstairs). All bed linens and towels are provided. Enjoy beautiful Shabbat meals cooked and created in the large, well-equipped kitchen. You are welcome to utilise all amenities provided in the kitchen which include: a large gas stove, oven, large fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle/toaster as well as all cooking utensils, pots/pans, plates and wine glasses. A large dining table is available for you to enjoy family meals together. Additional seating can be provided upon request. Your morning coffee will taste even better from our Nespresso coffee machine! Watch the breath-taking sunrise with a cup of coffee from the ample of balconies and garden space available in the Villa. You will be spoilt for choice! With the villa being almost 750 square meters, you can be assured that space is no issue here are at The Chosen Villa! The perimeters of the Villa are surrounded by beautiful greenery and trees, lovingly planted by our family. There are front, back and side gardens, all fully equipped with gorgeous garden furniture for you to sit and enjoy the views of the sea! The large sliding glass doors of the open-plan living room/dining area will take you out into your own little paradise! The back garden boasts a large, beautiful dark blue swimming pool, with 6 sun loungers surrounding it for those days you want to just relax by the pool in the comfort of your own villa! Perfect set-up for friends and families who want to enjoy the perfect weather in Israel, with their own privacy. The sea views from the Villa are mind-blowing and totally unique. You will feel as if the sun is setting just for you! The deep colours of the sun fill the whole Villa with light as it shines through all the glass doors and windows. You'll be reaching for your phone every single time to capture the beauty! There is plenty to do within the villa, as large TV's are located throughout the entire villa for you to use. We have also provided a PS4 for those with children who want to blow off some steam, or even those adults who just love to play! YES cable TV is provided throughout the house as well as high speed WiFi. There is also a snooker table on the upper floor of the villa, along with a small bar area for chilled out game nights with friends and family. All amenities are provided such as, towels, bed linens, toiletries, so you don’t need to worry about bringing your own! For check in, you will be met by us to hand over the keys and show you around the Villa. We live close by so if you need anything, we are available at all times! Guest access You are welcome to use the whole Villa! Other things to note Please note that the villa is situated in a residential area. Noise must be kept to a minimum at all times so as to not disturb the neighbours. Parties/large gatherings/loud music of any sort is strictly prohibited. Guests who are in violation of the house rules, will be fined and asked to vacate the premises. We love to host everyone, however we do not want to upset the residents of area and we ask that you respect us and them during your stay. Thank you for your cooperation!
