It is available for weekly or monthly use, located near Mt. Carmel Church, Filamer Christian University, Capiz Evangelical Church, Robinson's Mall, City Mall, & approximately 3 miles from the airport & Baybay beach. Guest access The place is at the third floor with approximately 3 flights, no elevator or escalator. The small kitchen is available at the 3rd floor and the washing machine is available to be used for P150.00 per load using your own detergent payable in cash. Please ask to use the washing machine when using for the first time. During your stay I am available when needed. Other things to note THOTW is approximately 5 km. from the beach. The city is usually quiet after 9 PM, the malls close at 8 PM and the tricycle is usually the available transportation to go around the city. There are several restaurants nearby that is open until 10 PM near Robinson's mall approximately 1 km./5 minutes from THOTW. There are also restaurants inside Robinsons mall. The restaurants at the beach are open at night but transportation may be a challenge unless a private car is available. SM mall is approximately 4-5 km./15-16 min. by car from THOTW.
