Canal House on Prinsengracht city centre + garden

The appartement is in a very spacious 280m2, old but modernised warehouse on the Prinsengracht / canal. You can watch the boats go by while having dinner at the window table or just sit in the window. Next to the Ann Frank House, Noorder Market and 9 streets. We have a great garden for kids with a trampoline and a swing. The Prinsengracht is the canal where the houseboats are and where most action is. The house is very spacious and a mixture of old wooden beams and floors with modern furbishing.The open kitchen is made as high as bar, so your friends and family can sit on the bar stools while you are cooking. It is a Family House, Suitable for 2 adults and 3/4 children (0-21) We have 3 bedrooms with double beds ((the kids rooms are downstairs, the master bedroom upstairs), of which one with a double bunk bed (140 wide bunkbed). 2 bathrooms with bath and shower (one steam shower) and 3 toilets apart from the bathrooms. A garden, a patio and a play attic. We have one kids bicycle and 3 adult bicycles available (one with 2 kid seats). Great for families not for more then 2 adults! Please note you are not allowed to throw a party in our place Guest access The whole apartment, patio and garden. Please be aware of the neighbors who also have kids. So after 22.00 please not too much noise on the patio or in the garden. It is a family house so we only rent it to families or couples. Great for families with kids small or big, but please mind you that the kids rooms are down stairs.
