Other things to note ※About lost items※ Food items will be discarded on the same day for sanitary reasons. Other lost items can only be sent cash on delivery within Japan. All items will be discarded one week after your stay. [About disposing of suitcases] Our guesthouse cannot dispose of suitcases, etc., so if you wish to dispose of them, you will need to request a specialized company and a disposal fee will be incurred. As a result, as a general rule, we do not accept disposal services at our facility. If you absolutely must dispose of your suitcase, please be sure to contact us in advance. In that case, we will charge you 4,400 yen per suitcase as a disposal fee. Please do not leave your suitcase at the facility without permission. If you leave your suitcase without contacting us in advance, as a general rule, you will be required to pick it up yourself.
