AT--CC--00200 In Baños de Montemayor, North of Cáceres, an area of great beauty and splendid natural surroundings with a multitude of places to visit and a good place to practice outdoor sports. The house is spacious, cozy and comfortable, its lush and quiet garden has a barbecue. A good place to spend a few fun and relaxing days. The first floor has 2 double bedrooms, heating, a full bathroom, a kitchen/dining room, a living room with a terrace, a 43" Smart TV, a well-equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, toaster, washing machine, electric kettle, etc.), and a garden. This house is recommended for up to 4 people. It's a 60 m2 house, plus 50 m2 patio-garden. On the second floor with an area of 60 m2 there is a designer kitchen, 2 bedrooms with mountain views, living room with fireplace and bathroom. In the village there are hot springs with heated pools, many possibilities for mountain and cultural activities in the area. It is also about a 20-minute drive from La Covatilla ski resort. Other things to note We are in Extremadura, in the North, and we have a microclimate that makes for mild winters and not very hot summers. The house is very cool in summer and does not need air conditioning, also in the garden it is very cool. Any season of the year is beautiful, we are also very close to the Covatilla Ski Resort. The mineral-medicinal waters of the Baños Spa are excellent for health and well-being. In the Spa you can relax in the different circuits and bathe in heated thermal water pools, a pleasant experience. Autumn is one of the most beautiful seasons, our Magical Autumn offers a multitude of activities. A party you can't miss is Termarium, where the town returns to Roman times. Water sports in the Baños swamp, guided tours, mountain biking, hiking, we have a spectacular greenway with a very beautiful landscape, sky observation, via ferrata, horseback riding, bird watching, visit to the Berrea in the Monfragüe National Park.
