Gîte de France 3* label In the heart of Port Joinville, quiet. Our house is perfect for couples and families (with small and large children). the quiet neighborhood and the configuration of the house make it unsuitable for hosting student groups and party-goers. the house overlooks a quiet street in front and a fully enclosed garden terrace in the back. It is composed of two parts, a new main house and a studio accessible from the garden, from the street. The space Main house LABELED "GITE DE FRANCE" 3 STARS for 7 people since June 2023 Brand new main house in 2012: overlooks a quiet street on one side and a bay window on the terrace and garden on the other. Living room with TV area, Bluetooth speaker, DVD player, PLEASE NOTE: no Wi-Fi, it's a choice!!, some board games, DVDs. Kitchen open to the living room and overlooking the terrace through the bay window, fully equipped kitchen with ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, small appliances, plenty of dishes. All maintained and kept in perfect working order. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer, separate toilet. Bedroom 1 with a 160/200 double bed on the ground floor. Floor accessible by miller's ladder (steep, not recommended for people with reduced mobility and young children), landing with extra bed (8th bed), small office area. Spacious bedroom 2 upstairs with a 140/190 double bed and a single bed, sink. (Variable ceiling height because under the roof slope but comfortable including for large people). Wooded garden of about 200 square meters, entirely walled, terrace with table and chairs/garden armchairs, umbrellas, deckchairs, charcoal Weber barbecue, some outdoor games. Very nice outdoor shower after returning from the beach or in the evening. Important: 2 inhabitants all year round (Carapate and Basile) land turtles who like to receive some leftovers of fresh vegetables but hate the company of cats and dogs...). the 3rd bedroom is a studio separate from the main house by 5 meters, facing the street (independent entrance) and also in the garden (see photos) a few meters from the terrace, allowing the independence of your friends or your teenagers, this studio was completely redone and refurbished in 2020. there you will find: kitchenette area (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, dishes), small shower room (shower + sink + toilet), double bed (140/190) in mezzanine accessible by a miller's ladder (attention limited ceiling height) In addition, it is possible to store and secure your rental bikes in a private room in front of the house. (bike locations/trash cans/storage of your suitcases or beach games...) Cart available to do your shopping (on the other hand it cannot be used to go to the beach or transport children!). Guest access everything is accessible except a tool annex in the garden storage and closets available board games, outdoor games... Other things to note possibility of renting bicycles or cars a stone's throw away, all shops in the immediate vicinity, the port a stone's throw away, the supermarket a 3-minute walk away. if you want to rent only the main house and not the studio, it is possible to come anyway! the price per day is reduced by 20 euro. However , the studio is not rented alone. In case of occupancy of the main house only , the studio will remain empty of tenant for your tranquility .
