25 m2 studio completely refurbished with modern decor. The space Renovated in July, the apartment will satisfy you with its geographical location, as well as the accommodation itself. You will find everything you need: a bed, a microwave, a Nespresso, a kettle, a toaster, a washing machine, a hairdryer, a connected TV, fiber optic, etc. There will also be some consumables at your disposal (toilet paper, laundry, tea, coffee...) as well as linens and bath towels. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor without elevator access. Guest access The accommodation will be entirely at your disposal. Other things to note The accommodation is fully private, so everything is available to guests (appliances, furniture, dishes, television, etc.) An ID for each person and a check or cash deposit may be requested. A camera located in the airlock is there to avoid any mishap and for the tranquility of everyone. Any late departure may be charged €50 per hour. Housekeeping expenses include the housekeeper, bed sheets and towels. The dishes are to be done by you as well as emptying the garbage.
